近日，智能微生态与生物制造实验室（i-Microbiome Lab）微生物源壳聚糖国创赛项目组举行了本科生成员见面会。本次见面会由阎凌翔博士生主持，吸引了来自西南科技大学生命科学与农林学院、医学院等多个学院的24级、25级本科生同学踊跃参加，现场气氛热烈。
Recently, the i-Microbiome Lab's microbial chitosan project team held a meeting with undergraduate students. This meeting was hosted by Dr. Yan Lingxiang, and attracted 24th and 25th grade undergraduate students from the School of Life Sciences and Agriculture and Forestry of Southwest University of Science and Technology and the School of Medicine. The atmosphere was warm.
见面会上，同学们首先依次进行了自我介绍，分享了自己的专业背景、兴趣方向以及加入项目的初衷。通过面对面的交流，来自不同年级、不同专业的同学迅速加深了相互了解，为后续跨学科协作奠定了良好基础。
At the meeting, the students first introduced themselves in turn, sharing their professional background, interests and the original intention of joining the project. Through face-to-face exchanges, students from different grades and different majors quickly deepened their mutual understanding and laid a good foundation for subsequent interdisciplinary collaboration.
随后，阎凌翔博士生围绕项目背景、发展历程、国创赛参赛要求以及团队具体工作内容进行了系统介绍。他结合微生物源壳聚糖的研究特色与技术路线，详细讲解了项目从菌种筛选、发酵工艺优化到壳聚糖提取纯化及产品应用开发的全链条布局，并鼓励同学们在竞赛实战中提升科研素养与团队协作能力。
Subsequently, Dr. Yan Lingxiang gave a systematic introduction to the background of the project, the development process, the requirements for participation in the National Creation Competition, and the specific work of the team. Combining the research characteristics and technical route of microbial chitosan, he explained in detail the whole chain layout of the project from strain screening and fermentation process optimization to chitosan extraction and purification and product application development, and encouraged students to improve their scientific research literacy and teamwork ability in the competition.
实验室负责人梁元可教授也来到见面会与同学们交流。他指出："要用一年时间，做一个让自己大学期间都难忘的事。"这句寄语既点明了参赛备赛的节奏与分量，也道出了实验室以竞赛为载体的育人初心——希望同学们把这一年当作一场踏实而纯粹的科研历练，在真实项目中收获成长、留下属于自己的大学印记。
Professor Liang Yuanke, the head of the laboratory, also came to the meeting to communicate with his classmates. “Take a year to do something that will make your college days memorable,” he said. "This message not only points out the rhythm and weight of the preparation for the competition, but also the original intention of the sportsman in the laboratory who uses the competition as the carrier - I hope that the students will take this year as a solid and pure scientific research experience, harvest and grow in the real project, and leave their own university mark.
本次见面会充分体现了实验室对中国国际大学生创新大赛等学科竞赛的高度重视，也展现了i-Microbiome Lab在本科生科研训练与创新能力培养方面的持续投入。实验室希望以竞赛为抓手，引导本科生尽早接触科研前沿、参与真实项目，在"做中学、赛中学"的过程中实现知识、能力与素质的全面提升。
This meeting fully demonstrates the high importance the laboratory attaches to discipline competitions such as the China International University Innovation Competition, and also demonstrates i-Microbiome Lab's continuous investment in undergraduate research training and innovation ability training. The laboratory hopes to take the competition as the starting point, guide undergraduates to contact the frontier of scientific research as soon as possible, participate in real projects, and achieve a comprehensive improvement of knowledge, ability and quality in the process of "doing middle school and competition middle school".
