2026 年 8 月 19 日全天,生态农作创新团队年中总结大会于绵阳仙海龙源会议中心顺利召开。团队全体教师、博士生、硕士生以及部分本科生参加本次会议,参会人员专业涵盖生物学、农艺与种业等多个专业。
会上,按照年级阶段分类开展工作汇报。即将进入博四、研三阶段的同学,在汇报上半年科研进展的基础上,重点汇报毕业论文整体框架,梳理学位论文研究思路、主体内容与后续推进安排;即将进入博二、研二的同学围绕半年科研进展展开汇报,并着重阐述开题准备工作与开题计划;已经提前进入实验室开展科研的研一新生,结合自身情况汇报研究方向的思考与初步构想。除学生汇报外,团队部分教师也依次完成个人半年科研工作进展汇报。
其中,智能微生态与生物制造实验室(i‑Microbiome Lab)多名成员依次作专题汇报。
On August 19, 2026, the mid-year summary meeting of the Ecological Farming Innovation Team was successfully held at the Xianhai Longyuan Conference Center in Mianyang. All the teachers, doctoral students, master's students, and some undergraduate students of the team attended this meeting. The attendees covered various specialties such as biology, agronomy, and seed industry.
During the meeting, work reports were conducted based on the grade stage. Students who were about to enter the fourth year of doctoral studies or the third year of postgraduate studies presented their progress in the first half of the year, with a focus on presenting the overall framework of their graduation theses, summarizing the research ideas, main contents, and subsequent implementation plans of the dissertations; students who were about to enter the second year of doctoral studies or the second year of postgraduate studies presented their reports based on the progress of the first half of the year, and particularly elaborated on the preparatory work for the topic selection and the topic selection plan; new postgraduate students who had already entered the laboratory to conduct research presented their thoughts and preliminary concepts regarding the research direction based on their own situations. In addition to the student reports, some team teachers also completed individual reports on the progress of their half-year research work.
Among them, several members of the Intelligent Microecology and Biomanufacturing Laboratory (i-Microbiome Lab) gave special reports one after another.
博士研究生任雪杨围绕大刍草内生菌挖掘课题展开汇报,并结合参会经历,分享了参加亚洲玉米大会的学习体会与所思所想;
Doctoral student Ren Xueyang presented a report on the topic of exploring endophytic bacteria in big sedge, and, in combination with her participation experiences, shared her learning insights and thoughts gained from attending the Asian Corn Conference.

硕士研究生刘紫旭汇报AMF 真菌对玉米氮素营养研究相关工作,介绍试验开展情况与阶段性试验结果;
Master's student Liu Zixu presented the research work related to AMF fungi and their impact on nitrogen nutrition in corn, and introduced the progress of the experiments and the results of the interim tests.

硕士研究生李杨飞汇报蚯蚓粪源促氮微生物分离鉴定、模块化组装及其分子机制研究,同时展示了实验室自主研发的玉米考种系统 Corn Count,介绍系统开发思路、功能特点与应用前景;
Master's student Li Yangfei presented a report on the isolation and identification of nitrogen-promoting microorganisms from earthworm manure, the modular assembly of the system, and the molecular mechanism research. At the same time, he demonstrated the laboratory-developed Corn Count variety identification system, introducing the development ideas, functional features, and application prospects of the system.


实验室负责人梁元可教授汇报了过往研究成果,聚焦地钱对紫外光(UV‑B)信号接收与转导方向,梳理该方向的研究发现与科学启示。
Professor Liang Yuanke, the head of the laboratory, presented the past research results, focusing on the way that mosses receive and transmit UV-B signals, and summarized the research findings and scientific insights in this area.


全体汇报人员对照年初制定的年度目标任务,分别从项目执行推进、论文专利产出、田间试验开展、科研平台建设、人才培养、对外学术交流等多个维度,系统梳理上半年取得的阶段性成效,客观剖析科研试验、项目申报、成果产出过程中遇到的难点与不足,并结合自身研究规划,详细阐述下半年工作计划、预期成果与时间节点。团队研究主要围绕高蛋白玉米展开,方向覆盖生物学分子机制、栽培技术、蚯蚓粪应用、玉米内生菌等内容。
汇报结束后,黄晶院长对团队上半年的研究进展与取得收获、各研究方向布局、各方向负责教师分工安排以及实验室未来发展规划作出高度评价。院长着重强调科研工作要坚持“边研究、边应用”,推动科研成果对接实际生产需求,把基础研究产出落到产业实践当中。同时直面团队现存短板,针对试验进度管控、高水平成果培育、项目申报打磨、学生过程培养、实验室安全管理等方面提出改进要求。院长指出,全体成员要坚持目标导向与问题导向,压紧压实各项工作任务;要加强内部交叉协作,强化试验过程管理,充分用好暑期科研窗口期,攻坚克难推进在研课题;要兼顾科研产出与人才培养,鼓励师生积极开展对外学术交流,拓展研究思路。
All the reporting personnel compared the annual target tasks set at the beginning of the year and systematically summarized the phased achievements obtained in the first half of the year from multiple dimensions such as project implementation progress, paper and patent output, field experiments, scientific research platform construction, talent cultivation, and external academic exchanges. They objectively analyzed the difficulties and shortcomings encountered in the process of scientific research trials, project applications, and outcome production, and elaborated on the work plans, expected outcomes, and timeframes for the second half of the year based on their own research plans. The team's research mainly focused on high-protein corn, covering aspects such as biological molecular mechanisms, cultivation techniques, earthworm manure application, and endophytic bacteria in corn.
After the report, President Huang Jing highly praised the research progress and achievements of the team in the first half of the year, the layout of each research direction, the division of responsibilities among teachers in each direction, and the future development plan of the laboratory. The president emphasized that scientific research work should adhere to the principle of "researching while applying", promoting the connection between scientific research results and actual production needs, and applying the outputs of basic research to industrial practice. At the same time, he pointed out the existing shortcomings of the team and proposed improvement requirements in areas such as trial progress control, cultivation of high-level results, project application refinement, student process cultivation, and laboratory safety management. The president stated that all members should adhere to the goal-oriented and problem-oriented approaches, tighten and implement all tasks; strengthen internal cross-cooperation, strengthen trial process management, fully utilize the summer research window period, and overcome difficulties to advance ongoing research projects; balance scientific research output and talent cultivation, encourage teachers and students to actively engage in external academic exchanges, and expand research ideas.


参会师生围绕课题推进、试验方案优化、项目申报、团队管理、学位论文撰写、开题筹备等议题开展充分研讨,积极建言献策,现场研讨氛围务实浓厚。
本次年中总结大会既是一次工作复盘会,也是一次鼓劲部署会。通过集中汇报与交流研讨,团队进一步统一思想、凝聚共识,厘清后续工作的重点与路径。不同专业背景的师生充分交流碰撞,也促进了学科交叉融合。全体成员将以此次会议为契机,补齐短板、协同发力,稳步推进以高蛋白玉米为核心的各项科研任务落地落实,兼顾理论创新与生产转化,力争圆满完成 2026 年度各项工作目标。

The participating teachers and students conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as project advancement, optimization of experimental plans, project application, team management, thesis writing, and preparatory work for the opening ceremony. They actively offered suggestions and strategies, and the on-site discussion atmosphere was practical and intense.
This mid-year summary meeting was not only a work review session but also a motivational deployment meeting. Through centralized reporting and exchange and discussion, the team further unified their thoughts and reached consensus, clarified the key points and paths of subsequent work. Teachers and students with different professional backgrounds fully exchanged ideas and also promoted interdisciplinary integration. All members will take this meeting as an opportunity to make up for shortcomings, work collaboratively, and steadily advance the implementation of various scientific research tasks centered on high-protein corn, balancing theoretical innovation and production transformation, and strive to complete all the work goals for the year 2026 successfully.
