
任雪杨硕士就读于重庆三峡科技大学资源利用与植物保护专业(中药炮制与资源利用方向),研究围绕道地药材(太白贝母、川贝母、滇重楼)的根际微生物与内生菌展开,涵盖内生菌分离纯化、功能筛选(溶磷、固氮、产 IAA)、16S rRNA 鉴定、组培快繁与多组学整合分析。 她以第一作者发表 SCI 及 CSCD 核心论文 4 篇,曾获国家奖学金(学院综测第 2)及连续两年校级一等奖学金,掌握植物组织培养、HPLC、PCR 与 SPSS/Origin/R 等分析工具。在 i-Microbiome Lab,她延续根际微生物与内生菌研究,拓展至玉米微生物增效方向。Ren Xueyang earned her master's degree in Resource Utilization and Plant Protection (TCM processing and resource utilization) from Chongqing Three Gorges University. Her research centers on rhizosphere microbes and endophytes of medicinal plants (Baibeimu, Chuanbeimu, Yunnan paris), covering endophyte isolation and functional screening (P-solubilizing, N-fixing, IAA-producing), 16S rRNA identification, tissue-culture propagation, and multi-omics integration. She published 4 first-author papers (SCI and CSCD core) and won the National Scholarship (2nd in comprehensive ranking) with two consecutive university first-class scholarships, mastering plant tissue culture, HPLC, PCR, and SPSS/Origin/R. At i-Microbiome Lab she continues her rhizosphere microbe and endophyte research and extends it to maize microbial enhancement.
